Dispatch: 1–3 business days from when you order.
Delivery: a further 8–14 business days. Our stock ships from our overseas manufacturing partner, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Duties and taxes: depending on your country, import duties, taxes or customs handling fees may be charged on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in the price you pay us.

Every StarOLED product is covered by a full 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery.
What's covered: Defects in materials or workmanship, including faulty LEDs, UV bulb failure, battery degradation below 50% capacity, solar panel malfunction, and electrical component failures under normal use.
What's not covered: Physical damage from drops or impacts, damage from misuse or unauthorized modification, cosmetic wear from normal outdoor exposure (fading, minor scratches), and water damage to indoor models caused by submersion.
